Welcome to SlimeCon.com! SlimeCon was a series of two official cast reunions of the cult-classic sketch comedy show, You Can't Do That on Television.  The original SlimeCon event was held in 2002, with the second in 2004 for YCDTOTV's 25th anniversary.  These historic events took place in the very studios of CJOH-TV in Ottawa, Canada, in which the show's entire run was produced. 

Fans of the show were also invited to attend a three-day convention dedicated to their favorite childhood show.  YCDTOTV diehards from all over the world (literally!) were able to meet the cast & crew, tour the sets and even get SLIMED! In 2004, fans were teased with a surprise known only as "Project 131" that was revealed on the last day of SlimeCon 2004 to be an official reunion episode of the series, starring the original cast - slime and all.  Project 131 now resides in the CTV Ottawa vault with the other 130 studio masters of the series. SlimeCon remains the only official reunion of You Can't Do That on Television.  It was truly a magical experience.  If you grew up watching You Can't Do That On Television (and what child of the 80's didn't?) and missed the event, you owe it to yourself to check out the rest of the site!
